Founded in 2021 by Anh Kuettner, NP, and Liz, PA, Renew You MedSpa & IV Bar was born from a shared desire to bridge the gap between traditional medicine and modern aesthetics.
After years of caring for patients in emergency and urgent care settings, Anh and Liz witnessed how conventional healthcare often focused on treating illness rather than promoting long-term wellness. They envisioned a space where science, artistry, and self-care could come together—helping clients not only look their best, but truly feel their best.
That vision became Renew You—a medical spa dedicated to restoring balance, confidence, and vitality through evidence-based treatments and compassionate care. What began as a small dream between two colleagues has grown into a trusted destination for self-care, wellness, and rejuvenation in the heart of Hudson, Massachusetts.

Liz, Co-Founder
Liz has been practicing medicine as a Physician Assistant since 2007. The majority of her experience is in the Emergency Department, but she has also worked in Urgent Care, a community health center, and is now excitedly adding Aesthetic Medicine to the list.
When she is not working, she enjoys couching her daughter’s soccer team, watching her son and husband play baseball together and caring for her many animals.
Anh, Co-Founder
Anh is a board-certified nurse practitioner with 20 years of nursing experience. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Her experience stems from years of work in emergency and urgent care medicine and now aesthetics and wellness.
When she is not working, she enjoys staying fit, golfing, playing pickleball, traveling, volunteering at local non-profits, spending time with her husbands and teenage kids and her 3 dogs and many chickens.
Olivia
Olivia graduated as a Master Esthetician from the Catherine Hinds Institute, where she learned all her skills and developed a deep passion for skincare. She finds great joy in helping my clients feel confident and beautiful in their own skin, customizing each treatment to meet individual needs. Her goal is to create a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for everyone who walks through the door!
When she’s not working, she loves spending quality time with my family and boyfriend, and staying active through regular workouts.
Katie
Katie is our practice manager and front desk coordinator. She comes to us with years of experience in the office setting of an Urgent Care as well as an Emergency Room. With her friendly demeanor and extraordinary administrative and organizational skills, she is an amazing asset to our practice.
When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her two young children, shopping, and visiting local coffee shops.
Danielle
Danielle has been a licensed Registered Nurse for over 12 years. For the majority of her career, she has worked in urgent care, but her nursing experiences also include skilled nursing and school nursing.
In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, listening to music, and spending time with her husband, two young children, and their dog.
