I recently went to Renew You for a deep tissue massage with Maria. It was the most relaxing massage I have ever had. She paid close attention to my needs and areas I needed extra care. The setting was quiet and relaxing. The oils used were nice because they had a slight scent if any. (I do not prefer any intense scents so this was super nice). Maria was able to provide a relaxing atmosphere and respected that I preferred to have a quiet setting. She checked in regularly to see if the pressure was good for me. I almost fell asleep. 10/10 recommend! It is very nice to have massages offered here now! Thank you!
I had been interested in NeoGen for a while and found Renew You MedSpa offered it and are pretty conveniently located for me so I set up a consult. Upon entering the Renew You space, I was impressed by how lovely it was! It is just so calming and welcoming, not your typical cold, white MedSpa experience which was a refreshing change. Anyway I met Liz who is wonderful! She walked me through the NeoGen process, answered any questions I had and then left it to me to book without putting any pressure on it which I really like. I called to book and the experience has been amazing! Liz is great at what she does (I also love that she has done NeoGen herself which made me trust it and her even more!) and with their NeoGen protocol it legit is pretty painless and quick! I also loved the red light therapy afterwards which is a nice bonus, it is soo relaxing. In terms of the treatment it was as expected, I was a bit red and splotchy on my face and neck for about 2-3 days but nothing crazy and I could see and feel the results after a few weeks. After my 2nd treatment last week, I couldn’t be happier with the improvements of my skin! Thanks so much Liz and Renew You MedSpa, can’t wait for my next visit!

Liz is absolutely amazing. She had a natural ability to see how your face would look most flattering, even if that means it is a less expensive procedure. She will never pressure or force you to feel like you need to get anything done. Every time that I go in, she makes me feel completely and totally at ease and comfortable, and I just started to get into Botox and lip fillers a few months ago. I will never go anywhere else and I don’t have enough good things to say about the entire staff at Renew You Medspa in Hudson.
Great service and my esthetician Olivia was extremely knowledgeable and provided the best facial I have ever had! calming atmosphere. My facial was very relaxing and finished with red light therapy which topped it off! Can’t wait to return.
